Program Details

Gather data through conversations and/or observing key operational processes. Then complete an online survey. This work helps to tailor the sessions to your specific context.

Read Part 1 of the book.

This session focuses on understanding the perfect storm.

What happens:

We review the findings from your pre-work through the Perfect Storm to identify what elements are showing up and how they are impacting the work.

What you walk away with:

  • How to recognize the Perfect Storm

  • Ways to recognize the elements of the storm and identify gaps to close

  • A shared framing of the problem to solve

Homework:

Share back with your teams the output from this session. Sense check and gather any other feedback to bring into the next session.

This session focuses on the Unstuckifyed Moves.

What happens:

We work through the four Unstuckifyed Moves and determine which ones fit your context and in what order. Then we pick your first small step, and decide who runs it, how long for, and at what scale.

What you walk away with:

  • How to orchestrate the right moves, in the right order, for your context

  • A first small step defined, owned, and ready to run

Homework: Run the first small step.

The final session focuses on learning from what you tried and keeping the momentum going.

What happens:

We look at what happened when you ran your first small step, what you learned, and what it tells you about the next one. Then we work through the capabilities that keep momentum going once the sessions end.

What you walk away with:

  • Evaluate the outcomes of the first small step

  • Decision on the next small step

  • Accountability for sustaining the momentum

Homework: Close the loop with the people who gave you their time, and take the next step.

Six accountability sessions to ensure you build sustained momentum. We continue to review progress, make adjustments, and hold the team accountable. This is also an opportunity to troubleshoot any emerging challenges and tweak the moves.

What leaders are saying

Unstuckifyed names something many of us have felt but struggled to describe: being incredibly busy while somehow making very little meaningful progress. If you've ever sat through a meeting wondering why smart people are working so hard without getting where they want to go. If you’ve ever wondered why the urgent demands just keep coming, and yet the outcomes never seem to materialize. If you're looking for practical ways to break the cycle, then this book is for you.
